Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Luna Noir, we take great care in ensuring the quality of every piece you purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are pleased to offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in its original condition.

• All tags, labels, hygiene stickers, and original packaging must remain intact.

• The item must be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, stains, or any signs of wear.
  
  

Exchange Options

Eligible items may be exchanged for:

• A different color of the same product (subject to availability).

• A different product of equal or higher value.
  

If the replacement item has a higher price, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

Please note that exchanges for products of lower value are not eligible for partial refunds, store credits, or cash reimbursements.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We cannot accept exchanges for:

• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• Items returned without original packaging or tags.

• Sale, promotional, clearance, or discounted items.
  
  
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of order arrival at hello@lunanoir.id and include your order number along with photos and videos of the item received.

Our team will review your request and arrange an appropriate replacement if approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
